Modern Bakery are the first retail bakers in the UAE, producing 2,500 different types of bakery items some of which are breads, pastries, Arabic sweets, confectionary, muffins, cakes and biscotti’s.
Modern Bakery caters to everyone’s needs. Within the healthy range of products, Modern Bakery supplies protein bread and crackers, protein quinoa, chia, yeast free, gluten free and diet bread.
